Dr. Arnold nearly saved my life when I had an abscess tooth and was new in town - plus it was Labor Day weekend! I decided to write a review on Dr. Arnold because I truly believe that people make their decisions based on what other peoples experiences have been. Well, my experience with Dr. Arnold has been nothing less than exceptional. Let me explain a bit. For several years I had been unhappy with the care, or lack there of, by my then dentist. My daughter had recommended that I go and see her dentist, Dr. Arnold. So, I decided to schedule an appointment with him. From the moment I stepped into his office, I could tell that he cared about his patients. From the warm welcome I received when I arrived to the cozy waiting room, I simply felt relaxed and at ease. When I finally met Dr. Arnold chair side, he sat with me for quite awhile to find out exactly why I was there and what my issues were with my current dental care and treatment. He put together a dental treatment plan for me that included needing to see an Endodontist prior to his procedures. He took the time to make several calls on my behalf to ensure that I was receiving the utmost best care throughout this process. I went from being anxious, nervous and frustrated about my dental situation to relieved and confident that I now was in the best hands. I have now had several different procedures done by Dr. Arnold such as cleanings, fillings, and even crowns and all have been a painless and flawless experience. I would like everyone to take away from this review that not only is Dr. Arnold an exceptional and meticulous dentist, but he is an honest and caring person who truly appreciates his patients and will go above and beyond for them. Give him a chance, you will be so pleased you did!

My dentist and his office are the best! I and my family have been going to Dr Keven Arnold for over 25 years. Every single time I call for an appointment or go in for a cleaning or procedure I feel like I matter and so does my family. Dr Arnold is a good listener and quickly knows what the issue is and how to fix it. He always offers a couple ways of handling an issue as well. I can honestly say that there is no pain with Dr Arnold, he is maticulous with his work and talks through everything he’s doing with you to be sure of your comfort. When I’ve had to get a crown it doesn’t take days, he makes the crown in office so it’s all done in one day! His response time to any messages is fast and extremely caring. Lynn, his office manager is so friendly and efficient. She is professional and at the same time developes a relationship with every client. The office synergy is comfortable, communicative and friendly. I never feel as though im being “talked at” it’s always a nice conversation whether its a proceedure, or appointments or teeth cleaning. Recently I cracked a tooth and I was in a lot of pain, I didn’t know what to do so I called Dr Arnold office, he called me back right away and asked me enough questions over the phone to diagnose what he felt was going on and he got me into a great endodontist near my home to get the diagnosis he felt I needed! Dr Arnold was right and I’m now getting the tooth taken care of by an oral surgeon. This is what I mean when I say that Dr Arnold gives or recommends the right care for his patients. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Arnold’s for over 15 years. He has performed everything from routine cavities to crowns and even cosmetic veneers on me. I have always received honest, reliable, and professional care from him as well as his staff. He is continuously furthering his education in his field and has all state-of-the-art equipment being used in his office. I can go on and on about how pleased I have been with the care that I have received over the years or the countless people that I have referred to him, but the most important referral was that of my mom. She was receiving dental care elsewhere for a crown and to say that her results were absolutely awful would be a complete understatement! She was in terrible pain and didn’t know what to do. I personally reached out to Dr. Arnold regarding her case, and he immediately called her and opened up his schedule to see her. Without going into the long details, he was able to address the problem(s) and quickly repair and redo what had been done to her. She now drives almost an hour each way to see Dr. Arnold and couldn’t be happier. I have always felt that Dr. Arnold was a caring dentist who appreciates his patients, but this situation has showed me just how dedicated he truly is. I fully trust him and know that his number one goal to is always provide the best possible care to all his patients.

Dr Arnold is truly one of the greatest human beings I’ve ever encountered. He’s a genuinely kind, quirky and hilarious person- this makes him amazing with kids. He took care of my daughter’s cavity in no time, she felt no pain and didn’t even need numbing shots. I went to Dr. Arnold’s because I was having pain in the back of my mouth and for a cleaning. The staff was very nice and determined the pain was from my wisdom teeth. I really recommend Dr. Arnold for your dental needs, we go every 6 months to get our teeth cleaned, he does a really good job of cleaning my teeth and sending me to the orthodontist when it was time to go, the ladies in the office are really nice and when I was little, and before COVID, the waiting room had a lot of fun toys to play with. For me one of the most annoying things is sitting in a waiting room 30 minutes past your appointment time. In all these years they have never been more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Arnold's practice is not high volume and I think it shows in everything they do.
