My family has been going to Doctor Arnold’s office ever since I was a little kid and have absolutely loved him and his team! The positive atmosphere, kindness of the staff, and Dr. Arnold’s great sense of humor make the office stand above the rest. He has done numerous dental services for us and each time he does a great job and shows his high level of experience getting the job done quickly and efficiently. If you’re like me who has a tendency to fear the dentist rest assured knowing that they will take great care of you and put you at ease!

My wife and I have been going to Dr Arnold for several years now after our previous dentist retired. We couldn’t be happier. Great staff very professional and fair. Dr Arnold is great at the cosmetic work on our teeth as well as the normal procedures . We would highly recommend his practice.

I have been self conscious of my teeth for a long time. Going to dr. Kevin has been one of the best experiences for me. He has my teeth looking amazing with the clear correct braces. He is honest and much more affordable than what I have been quoted in the past. His staff is absolutely amazing and makes the whole experience enjoyable. The only complaint I have is I can’t stop laughing when I’m trying to keep my mouth open! I love dr. Kevin!

My children and I have had great experiences at Dr. Arnold's office! The staff is welcoming, sincere and friendly. My children had cavities and they experienced no pain at all. His touch is gentle and he explains everything. His office is state of the art and so advanced with technology! I am happy to have found Dr. Arnold and his fantastic staff!!

I have been going to dentists for over 60 years. I first started going to Dr. Arnold over 5 years ago. Unquestionably, Dr. Arnold has provided the best dental treatment that I have received. He uses state of the art equipment and he is very meticulous. My entire family now goes to Dr. Arnold.

I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Arnold’s for over 15 years. He has performed everything from routine cavities to crowns and even cosmetic veneers on me. I have always received honest, reliable, and professional care from him as well as his staff. He is continuously furthering his education in his field and has all state-of-the-art equipment being used in his office. I can go on and on about how pleased I have been with the care that I have received over the years or the countless people that I have referred to him, but the most important referral was that of my mom. She was receiving dental care elsewhere for a crown and to say that her results were absolutely awful would be a complete understatement! She was in terrible pain and didn’t know what to do. I personally reached out to Dr. Arnold regarding her case, and he immediately called her and opened up his schedule to see her. Without going into the long details, he was able to address the problem(s) and quickly repair and redo what had been done to her. She now drives almost an hour each way to see Dr. Arnold and couldn’t be happier. I have always felt that Dr. Arnold was a caring dentist who appreciates his patients, but this situation has showed me just how dedicated he truly is. I fully trust him and know that his number one goal to is always provide the best possible care to all his patients.

Dr. Arnold and his team are first rate. I've been going there for years and the high quality of care has been steady. His hygienist, Johanna, is excellent, and Lynn, the office manager, is friendly and efficient. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for excellent treatment for the entire family.

Dr Arnold has been our dentist for over 20 years. He is always very professional, and thorough, with a great positive attitude. He is a perfectionist and always wants to be sure we are 100% satisfied with his work. He uses brand new, state of the art equipment as well. His entire team is top notch!

I went to Dr. Arnold’s because I was having pain in the back of my mouth and for a cleaning. The staff was very nice and determined the pain was from my wisdom teeth. Dr. Arnold gave a recommendation of an oral surgeon to go to and got me an appointment very fast! The surgery went fantastic and my teeth feel great. Glad I went to Dr. Arnold’s first!

Always a very positive, upbeat environment at Dr Arnold’s office. Everyone is very informative and well skilled. The questions / concerns I’ve had have been addressed in a professional & timely manner. Dr Arnold, and his staff, have a wonderful chair side manner, take their time with each patient & make sure to go over any / all information you, or they, may need to be aware of or follow up on.

Dr. Arnold and his team are great. They are incredibly friendly and honest in their assessments. I’ve had other dentists try to push procedures that weren’t needed and was refreshed when Dr Arnold didn’t/doesn’t/won’t. Highly recommend if you’re looking to make a switch.

I really recommend Dr. Arnold for your dental needs, we go every 6 months to get our teeth cleaned, he does a really good job of cleaning my teeth and sending me to the orthodontist when it was time to go, the ladies in the office are really nice and when I was little, and before COVID, the waiting room had a lot of fun toys to play with. I would send your kids to Dr. Arnold if they need their teeth cleaned.

Dr. Arnold has been my dentist since I was young and I could not be more grateful to bring my own family to him now. He is very thorough and kind and makes going to the dentist fun for my kids! The office staff are so nice and helpful with everything from scheduling to billing, plus the office is super clean. Kevin Arnold treats his patients as family. He is an outstanding dentist and has accepted calls from us for dental emergencies, whenever the need arises. Kevin surrounds himself with very friendly and professional support staff. Lynn is the office manager and completely reflects Kevin's policy of treating his patients as if they where members of the family. I cannot speak highly enough about Kevin. We have been with his practice for 25 years, my wife, myself and our three children, who are adults now, and continue to keep Kevin as their family dentist.

Dr. Arnold and his team have helped me get my teeth and gums into much better shape the last 3 years. He monitors more than your teeth, but your mouth in general, to assess other conditions that may affect your health (like snoring), while not trying to upsell other services.

I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for almost 30 years. His staff is always friendly, pleasant and helpful. Dr. Arnold always makes you feel at ease and sometimes he'll have a joke to share with you. For me one of the most annoying things is sitting in a waiting room 30 minutes past your appointment time. In all these years they have never been more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Arnold's practice is not high volume and I think it shows in everything they do.

Lynn, the ace office manager, made me feel right at home! Dr. Arnold took a picture of my cavity and showed it to me with a medical camera. I liked the fact that he was willing to take time to educate me. The procedure was painless. Moreover, it was quick. Probably because he has had years of experience. I can highly recommend him. He and his staff are outstanding!

Dr. Arnold and his staff are phenomenal. You are first greeted by Lynn who is efficient and on top of everything. The dental hygienist is thorough, makes you feel at ease and super friendly. Dr. Arnold and his staff have gone above and beyond, time and time again for me. As a military person who travels, and always finds myself needing to get last minute paperwork done they have fit me in last minute multiple times; making sure I could get the paperwork done I needed. Dr. Arnold and his staff are extremely professional, welcoming, and making you feel comfortable, when some people like myself feel uncomfortable having work done on their teeth. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Nothing but great here! Front desk staff is proactive, flexible and a pleasure to coordinate appointments and payments with. Dr. Arnold is thorough with a preventative focus. Works to understand patient and their individual needs, patient with procedure to ensure comfort and always seeks to explain each step of the process. Dr. Arnold and his staff are exceptional. I do not say this lightly. I have spent a number of years in the medical field. I can see a junk show vs. excellent care a mile away. This is my second review after a number of visits. Dr. Arnold and his staff are All incredibly great people who care about You. My experience has been a fairly long road (i.e. -teeth and gums = dumpster fire) as I had not seen a Dentist in 20 years. I have the utmost respect for Dr. Arnold and his staff; and, the care which they provide. I really can't express in words how much I appreciate everything they have done for me. Dr. Arnold and his staff are phenomenal! Iwas experiencing a dental crisis and was extremely uncomfortable. They were so accommodating and helped me schedule an appointment quickly. I was so impressed that Dr. Arnold immediately assessed the issue and helped relieve the pain. He assured me we’d devise a plan to address the problem as soon as possible. He personally connected me with an oral surgeon who resolved my issue that day. I am so grateful we crossed paths and look forward to visiting their office for all my future dental needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I have been to many different dentist offices and Dr. Keven Arnold’s was hands down the best and most professional. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with all my questions. I had a chipped tooth fixed and it look amazing! By far the best place to go for all my dental needs/concerns. Dr. Arnold is very professional, thorough and takes his time with me all the while maintaining a healthy humor when times present!! He contacted one of my Dr.s the same day right after my appt regarding an issue we discussed. I saw the other Dr the next day and he commented on what a pleasant conversation he had with Dr. Arnold the day prior and how nice of a guy he is! Lynn, the receptionist, is also very professional, organized and refreshingly friendly! Johanna, the hygienist is also very professional, takes her time with me regarding any concerns and is very down to earth. She cleans my teeth better than any other hygienist I have ever had! And I am very picky when it comes to my teeth. It’s very obvious that everyone in this office enjoys what they do and it’s a great feeling to be in the presence of these people. This team goes above and beyond and it really makes for a pleasant visit, a place I actually look forward to visiting!! Thank you for being there for me!!

My cleaning experience was pleasant, efficient and thorough, and I was thrilled to be able to look at my x-rays with Dr. A in detail. I feel empowered to make the right decisions for my health -- all of my questions were answered kindly and with a plan in mind. Moving to a new community is tough, finding a dentist is part of that. I was lucky to find Keven A. to fix a filling, do a long delayed cleaning, and do a crown long overdue. The experience with his staff was great and his work was excellent. A welcome relief after a year without. Communications were perfect, everyone was friendly and informed, and the work done was the most painless experience I have had at any dentist. I recommend Keven highly.

My family and I have been seeing Dr. Arnold for several years now. His staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Lynn at the front desk takes the time to get to know you and is always very responsive to questions. The dental hygienist is always gental and caring. Dr. Arnold has a great sense of humor, is very thorough with his examination and if you need advanced dental procedures always takes the time to explain what is being done and keeps you posted throughout the procedure. He keeps things as pain free as possible and only does what is medically necessary. I would highly recommend Dr. Arnold for all your dental needs.

I’m so glad I chose Dr. Arnold as my dentist! The entire staff is friendly and they make you feel completely at ease. Dr. Arnold goes above and beyond to ensure that you don’t experience discomfort while he is working and he thoroughly explains exactly what he is doing. I have been going to Dr. Arnold for over 20 years. From the start, Dr. Arnold had his hands full to get me, and my neglected teeth back in shape. Because off his light hearted, but precise approach, I followed his advise, kept my at-home care up, and started to keep my teeth healthy. As time went on, the incredible team at his office encouraged me to get my blood pressure checked by my primary care physician. I did and now have that under control as well. Dr. Arnold and staff have been top notch in taking care of me and my complex oral heath and more.

Nothing short of excellence! I received outstanding support even before I was officially a patient at this office. I just completed my first visit and it was for a crown-made on site, installed same day! No pain, no meds, just pure, sweet relief! And all of it scheduled around my work appointments! The same day crown service was unbelievable. No temp crown, no second appointment, no waiting. What sets Dr. Arnold apart from other dentists is his willingness to take the time to educate and explain what he sees and what he feels are the best options, but ultimately allows you to make the final decision. The entire process, from scheduling to the actual procedure, was efficient and trouble-free. His staff is amazing, all knowledgable, friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold!

I just had 3 fillings for small cavities and was extremely happy during, and after the procedure. The receptionist and Dr. Arnold himself are very humorous and lighten the mood very well. I would recommend Dr. Arnold to anyone needing dental work or just a checkup. PS-the receptionists are very funny and enjoyable to talk with.

Dr. Arnold and his staff were amazingly compassionate and friendly. I called with an emergency filling that fell out and they were able to fit me in same day for a full cleaning and were able to address my problem. Everything was explained really well. I highly recommend Dr. Arnold!

Great dentist! Great staff! Great office! Dr. Arnold took the time to explain the work I was having done, (for a chipped front tooth) and continued to throughout. His staff and him were concerned with my comfort level and my thoughts on the results before I left. I was really impressed by his modern technology and knowledge. Dr. Kevin Arnold is hands down the best dentist in the Foxvalley area. He is our family dentist. He is very thorough and takes the time to describe any work he is going to do or recommend and his staff is wonderful to work with.

Dr. Keven Arnold is simply great! I actually look forward to going to the dentist, now! He recently installed a bridge for me and he was extremely thorough, explained everything that he was doing in great detail, he works quickly but very carefully and the end result is a perfectly fitting bridge. I have never had such a favorable experience with a dentist. Strongly recommended!
